About me

Hi!  I’m a 20-something year old woman who has been accumilating large amounts of weight in the past few years.  While I was in high school I was a cool 132 pounds.  After I graduated I put on the “freshman 15″ and then some.  Since I have graduated in 2002 I have put on 41.5 pounds, losing a few pounds here and there just to “shake things up” a little bit.  At different points in the time since graduation I have tried to lose the weight but have always become discouraged or lost the inspiration to keep going.  Now I think that I am finally ready to get the weight off for good.  Not only is it unhealthy for me to be living with all this extra weight, it just doesn’t make me happy overall.  So I created this blog for me to journal my progress, including all the up’s and down’s in my weight loss journey.
