Why am I trying to lose all this weight? Good question. Here are just some of the reasons why:
1. It’s not healthy for me to be carrying around all this extra weight. I really don’t need nor do I want any health issues that can be related to being “overweight”.
2. I’m just flat out tired of being out of shape. Perfect example: I take our dogs for a walk and in our neighborhood there are a bunch of hills. By the time we reach the top of the hill I’m huffing and puffing and just flat out ready for the walk to be OVER!
3. I’m young, I just should not have “let myself go” like this!
4. The stress from this whole “letting myself go” process is just bringing me down.
5. I just want to be able to look in a mirror and not physically see all the fat and extra weight that I see when I look in the mirror now.

Thanks Ruthie! I can hardly wait to to see what’s under all this extra weight! I’m looking forward to taking my dogs for walks and not wishing the walk was over after climbing the first hill!
